| Purpose Dayspring Community Student Ministry exist to Cultivate Authentic Relationships (with God and others), To Develop Courageous Leadership, and To Inspire and Model Evangelism in the Lives of Students, Leaders and their Families. We want to lead students to discover a faith of their own and prepare them for a lifetime of ministry and influence. In Middle School we focus on making their faith personal to them. "This isn't your momma's church or faith...it's Yours to own!" In High School we focus on helping the students Experience God and their Faith. "Move from just going to church to being the Church. Experience God!" We INSPIRE them... EQUIP them in every way.... And UNLEASH them as Revolutionaries in their Culture. We love our students! But we love our parents just the same. We understand the struggles of parenting a teenage and work to create a strategic partnership with parents. We say that if the church is yellow (providing the light of Christ) and the parents are red (full of love and provision) - then we want to THINK ORANGE, providing tools and ideas that will help parents be the spiritual leader in their child's life as well as providing the love and support that's needed to parent. |
